John has over 20 years experience of dealing with all aspects of property finance and commercial property transactions.
He has wide experience of security transactions, acting for both banks and financial institutions and borrower clients in relation to all types of commercial property and has advised on the property aspects of many of the banking and corporate transactions in which the firm has been involved in recent years. His particular areas of interest and expertise include investment property and development projects.
John also specialises in transactions involving licensed and leisure property and regularly advises Banks and other Financial Institutions in relation to the taking of security over these types of properties.
