Alan advises clients in a broad range of corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, investments and re-organisations.

His clients cover a wide range of sectors and include listed and private companies, partnerships, equity houses and other investors as well as individual shareholders and directors. Alan's workload continues to be very much deal-orientated with an increasing focus on the M&A sector and the Venture Capital/Private Equity sector, as well as the Third Sector & Energy sector.
