David is head of Private Client and has particular experience in tax planning and charities law. He has been involved in the establishment and administration of over fifty charitable trusts and sits on the board of a number of Public Charities.
He has over thirty years of experience in preserving and enhancing wealth for families through innovative arrangements tailored to individual family circumstances.
David has served on advisory committees of both The Law Society of Scotland and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. He tutors at Glasgow School of Law and is a regular lecturer in his field.
