Karen is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Employment Law and advises on a broad range of employment law issues including the drafting and revisal of employment contracts, handbooks and policy documentation; the handling of dismissals; the drafting of compromise agreements; transfers of undertakings; redundancy; the enforcement of restrictive covenants; all forms of discrimination and equal pay.

Karen represents clients before employment tribunals throughout Scotland and before the Employment Appeal Tribunal and has significant experience of dealing with high profile discrimination cases.

Karen is a regular speaker at employment law conferences and delivers training for clients on employment law topics. She also contributes articles on current employment law issues to newspapers and journals.
