Andrew specialises in finance, project finance and PPP.
He has experience in a wide range of contractual, finance and debt related work including, project finance, PFI/PPP, acquisition finance, property finance, corporate lending, joint ventures, investments and restructurings.
He regularly advises lenders, borrowers, bidding consortia, contractors and the public sector on a range of finance and contractual matters. He has been involved in some of Scotland's key public-private partnership projects.
