Craig is involved exclusively in contentious work, representing clients from all sides of the building and civil engineering industries, including employers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants, in arbitration, adjudication and litigation, as well as in health and safety prosecutions and Fatal Accident Inquiries.
His experience in health and safety matters extends far beyond the construction sector. He has also advised companies in the property, leisure, energy, mining, transport, chemical and manufacturing sectors in relation to health and safety matters, representing them in prosecutions, inquiries and appeals.
