She advises project companies, developers, contractors and funders, on major projects including PFI/PPP, engineering contracts, property development work, framework agreements, repair and maintenance contracts and the renewable energy sector. In addition to drafting and negotiating bespoke forms of contract, she is familiar with and regularly advises on the major standard forms of contract produced in the UK.
Alison is dual-qualified and admitted as a solicitor in both Scotland and England & Wales.
